I'm a contract software developer with some enterprise apps that I've designed that I'm going to need help with the implementation. I've designed the database and have complete UML component specification. I need a serious group of C# programmers. People who know to error check all data, code defensively, properly handle exceptions. Etc. I am going to want references and to see projects you've produced in C# with some code samples. Quality of workmanship will be my deciding factor in my descision. I don't care how good your price is if your people can't hit the ground running with C#. It's written against a SQL 2005 database & I want the team to get up to speed on Team Studio 2005. I expect them to be very comfortable with VS 2003 Web Forms & Web Services. I'll provide a Microsoft Project plan to provide the scope of work. You can make edits & editions where you feel is appropriate. I'll provide Visio UML Class Diagrams with component documentation. Because my client is in the process of filing several copywrites I have to break this up amoung three teams. I'll be responsible for the integration and the build. But I will build test cases in the QA version of Team Studio so you can test your components & know if they are to spec. So if you've gotta team of pros, that are excited about working with new technology. Then I'd like a quote of what it would cost to build a project that would involve approximately 2000 man hours + 60 hours of ramp up time on the software. And how soon. Thank you. |
