Description:	ALL FREELANCERS WELCOME. We require development to a application we have had created for us. The application, built using VB 6 and XML Phaser libaries, extracts data from a file into XML, put the XML into an Excel report. The application has a GUI front end with FTP functionality. We have the full source code and some coding documentation. The requirement is for amendments to one of the two report templates. The change is small as the amendments to the report slighlty replicate the other report style and data. This is a quick turn-around and needs to be completed by (3rd Dec) Friday PM. At the end of the project the code must be completed, documents and an installation package built. We estimate there is 3 / 4 hours work
